The Ministry of Health Uganda, on 30th January 2025 identified and confirmed an Ebola case at Mulago National Referral Hospital. This particular patient, now late, had been to several health facilities in Kampala and also in Mbale. Realizing that the cost of education is highly unattainable for some families in the Ugandan Society and in their bid to contribute to reducing socioeconomic inequality, Busitema University considers to support disadvantaged but bright students to pursue formal education.

This is to notify all graduates of the 15th Congregation of Busitema University that picking of their academic documents will start from Friday, 3rd January 2025 at 12 noon.

 

In order to ensure sustainable development and implementation of the model, the University wishes to build capacity of enthusiastic individuals at Masters (2) and PhD (1) levels. The University therefore invites applications from suitably qualified Ugandans to pursue Masters and PhD studies under the YEAP-300 project. The project will meet the costs of tuition, stipend and research during the active period of the fellowship. Successful candidates will also be mentored in other University activities like teaching and other project activities.
