Course Unit Description
This is an introductory course that covers the basic HR theories, key functions, and strategies. While people have always been central to organizations, they are now increasingly becoming a critical tool in building the organizations’ competitive advantage. Managing people is every manager’s business, and successful organizations exhibit the expertise in HR practice to develop and use talents of employees to their greatest potential.
