BPM1203 Procurement law

This course draws attention to the legal aspects of Business. An understanding of the main principles of Business Law is vital for the success of an organization.  Businessmen should be able to avoid actions that could give rise to legal actions and must ensure that business is conducted according to the domestic and international rules and regulations.

Objectives of the Course

• Introduce students to different laws that govern procurement practices
• To help students know the legally binding ways of procuring
