Course Unit Description
This course is designed to expose students to specific research methods, practical aspects of preparation and conducting of research. It also involves training students to analyze research data, learn skillful writing and make effective communication.
Course Objectives
- To teach the preparations and how to conduct the different research methods.
- To teach the principles of data analysis.
- To equip students with scientific writing, reporting and presentation skills.
- To introduce the students to organized telephone managing habits and focused communication
- To train students in the civil behaviours of reading, listening, note taking, speaking and interacting.

At the end of the course, learners should be able to:
