AGB 2101 Agricultural and Trade Policies

This course is to introduce learners to basic concepts of agricultural and agribusiness policies such as; principles and objectives of agriculture and agribusiness policies; role of policy in agricultural and agribusiness; policy setting process; stakeholder analysis; environmental policies, food policies, marketing and trade policies.

Course objectives

• To provide learners with knowledge in the rules and regulations governing agribusiness development and management.

• Advise entrepreneurs in agribusiness related policies
