Guideline no.9 of 2014 on pre-bid and pre-proposal Meetings

The guidelines contained herein outline the procedures and requirements for holding pre-bid or pre-proposal meetings for potential bidders to seek clarification or access to project sites. Procuring and Disposing Entities (PDEs) may hold such meetings for procurements involving high-value and complex projects or those with goods, services, or works that are not regularly procured and may require extensive clarification.
