DRI2202 Management of Library and Information Centers

Management of libraries enables learners to provide users with specialized skills in management of library resources covering leadership, human resource, strategic planning, personal and career development, customer relations and organizational performance.

Course objectives
The aim of this course is to;

• Equip learners scientific approach to management
• Enable learners describe the core functions of human resource management
• Equip learners with skills of planning, budgeting and controlling of resources in the library environment.
