Course Unit Description
This course exposes the students to the major principles of farm management with a focus on the administrative set-up and operations. It also looks at a holistic approach in communication with a focus on the effective use and handling of communication situations, that students find themselves in both the professional and personal environments.
Course Objectives
- To expose students to the basic farm management principles& practices
- To equip students with decision making skills pertaining to farm labor, capital, budgeting and selection of enterprises.
- To impart knowledge on communication techniques, processes and styles
