Course Unit Description
This course introduces learners to the basic concepts of Non-parametric statistics in part of inferential statistics. This will enable them to understand the concepts of Non-parametric statistics is part of inferential statistics that is divided into major topics: Sign tests, signed rank tests, rank-sum tests, and; Friedman analysis of variance by ranks, runs tests, rank correlation methods; Chi-square tests and Kolmogrov –Smirnov test; and The estimation and hypothesis testing for non-normal populations.
General Course Objectives
On successful completion of this course unit, the learners should be able to:
- Apply principles of Accounting in preparation of Journals and ledgers
- Prepare financial statements for a sole trader
