This unit deals with best options for financing, building and marketing of new facility and identifies possible revenue sources.

Course Objectives
By the end of the unit, students will be able to;

• Acquire skills   of how to market   a new facility
• Identify all possible revenue sources
• Identify designs which save on construction expenses.
