Course Unit Description

This course is designed to create awareness in the participants of the paradoxes and challenges in the marketing and management of services marketing. 

Course Objectives
The specific objectives of this course are:

  • To enable the participants to gain insight into how services can be effectively marketed;
  • To enable the participants to have high level of awareness about the nature of services and their requirements;
  • To highlight to the students the problems that service providers are likely to confront in the course of services provision and marketing.
