PHY7206: Renewable Energy

This course covers renewable energy sources and useful forms of solar cells.

Course Objectives
The objectives of the course are to:

• Discuss limitations of renewable energy sources.
• Describe the relationship between photosynthesis and energy production.
• Describe the processes of harnessing energy from some sources such as wind, tides, geothermal, etc.
• Estimate power from some energy sources mentioned above.

By the end of the course, the students should be able to:
