Course Unit Description
This is an academic requirement fulfillment document, which must be carefully well-thought out and coherently presented. The programme forms the milestone for field-based practical training experience, technical guidance and field evaluation of the student. Each student is primarily required to produce a field attachment report at the end of the exercise. The completed report is a mirror of the practical experiences encountered by the student in the field.
Course objectives
By the end of this course, the student will be able to;
- Bridge the gap between theory and practice (real life situations).
- Pursue future placements and career development (networking).
- Bridge the gap between the university and other stakeholders especially the employers.
- Carry out both quantitative and qualitative analysis of the performance of various organizations.
- Apply information and communication technology (ICT) skills to real life situations
- Interact with the stakeholders and potential employers and generate information for curricula review and improvement in response to the changing demands of society.
