ENT2102 Business Law

This course is designed to impart knowledge to students on the various aspects relating to Business undertakings and operations.  It is intended to cover the legal aspects of a business like the Law of Contract, Arbitration, Law of Agency, Labour Laws and the Company Act in general.

• By the end of the course, students should be able to apply legal procedures in business transactions like contracts, sales of goods agreements etc.
