Course Unit Description
The course is designed to aid engineers in rational decision making. It introduces concepts that bring to the forefront the role of engineering and engineers in solving economic problems. It discusses concepts in the economics and management of power systems.

The course aims to enable students:
- To understand the economics of power systems and the theories behind power systems charging.
- To apply concepts and parameters that affect the cost of power to a given installation
