Course Unit Description
This course brings out to students the concepts and operations of the different computer operating systems, their generations and how they (operating systems) scale, with the computer hardware on the market.
Course Objectives
This course unit is meant:
- To give the students an inner understanding of the theories behind operating systems operations.
- To give students knowledge on the different operating system components and services in relation to the different hardware components.
- To equip the students with the latest operating systems in use today and how to install these various systems on the different computing environments (Hardware.)
