Course Unit Description
This course provides students with practical skills and situations in which they able to apply their knowledge to solve community problems. This course is focused on creating graduates that ARE relevant, able to solve the problems of the immediate community and improve the overall business community. This will result into graduates that are relevant, multi-skilled and talented to overcome the challenges of the Ugandan community. The focus of community engagement II is geared towards application and implementation of the appropriate business solutions/ strategies that the students have innovated in solving a given firm’s or organization’s current problems.
Learning Outcomes
On completion of this course, the students should be able to
- Identify and apply key business techniques to the respective business community.
- Conduct effective business development and growth
- Ensure the growth of the business ventures to achieve economic prosperity.
