CGA1108 Horticulture

The course exposes students to the practical and theoretical aspects of production, handling, processing and marketing of fruits, flowers, vegetables and landscape plants.

Course Objective

• To explain the practices involved in the production of important horticultural crops.
• To describe the handling, processing and marketing of horticultural crops

• Process and preserve horticultural products
