Student shall develop a greater understanding and appreciation of African traditional religions 

Course Objectives
By the end of the study, students should be able to:

• Describe the rites of passages in different African Societies
• Demonstrate the various modes of worship in African traditional religion 
• Distinguish between religious and non-religious practice in ATR
• Analysis how the universe came about in relation to the super natural being according ATR

• Learners should be able to appreciate and peacefully associate with people of different religious beliefs and values.
