DRI1205 Principles of Stores Management

The course introduces learners to the basic operations in storehouses in respect to stores requisition, receipt, preservation and storage, issue of materials and management of stock records.

Course Objectives
The aim of this course is:

• To equip learners with the knowledge and skills in store keeping and management.
• To equip learners with skills of requisitioning, receiving and issuing items in the store
• To guide learners in managing inventory in the store

By the end of the course learners should be able to;

• Demonstrate knowledge and skills in store keeping and management
