1. Busitema University has allocated funds to be used for the Supply and delivery of assorted Equipment and standard materials for Energy Storage Innovation Centre (MESIC) at Faculty of Science and Education, Nagongera Campus - Tororo District under Open Domestic Bidding. 2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply of the above equipment and assorted standard materials for Energy Storage Innovation Centre (MESIC) under STI. 3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding a procedure contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, as amended and is open to all bidders. 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:30am to 5:00pm during working days. 5. The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application and obtaining a bank payment advice form from the procurement and disposal unit to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx. 150,000/= (Uganda shillings One Hundred fifty thousand only).
